These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the crikey platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on crikey.

18+ Age Requirement
crikey is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. All accounts are subject to mandatory KYC age verification using a valid Bangladesh NID or passport before withdrawals are processed. Underage accounts are permanently closed.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold exactly one crikey account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, household, device, or IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Section 01 General Terms and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and crikey ("crikey", "we", "us", "our"), governing all use of the website located at crikey.vip and any associated mobile or progressive web applications, APIs, and services operated by crikey (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting the crikey support team at [email protected]. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.1 Amendments to These Terms
crikey reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms is always published at crikey.vip/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent material changes took effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their crikey account wherever practicable, but the absence of such notification does not affect the validity of the amended Terms.
1.2 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
crikey operates as an offshore online gaming platform under international gaming legislation. These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which crikey holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through the crikey internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of crikey's registered office. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to this dispute resolution mechanism and waive any right to pursue claims through courts in your country of residence unless mandatory local consumer protection law expressly requires otherwise.
1.3 Language
These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version of these Terms and any translation provided for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.
Please note: crikey is an offshore online gaming platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your country or territory of residence. crikey does not make any representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction. Accessing the Platform from a restricted territory is done entirely at your own risk.
Section 02 Account Registration and Eligibility
To access the full range of crikey services — including deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals — you must register a crikey account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. crikey reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided during or after registration.
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
You are eligible to open and maintain a crikey account only if all of the following conditions are met at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or playing on crikey under any circumstances.
- You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
- You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of a crikey employee or business partner.
- You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, and you are not on any self-exclusion register applicable to crikey.
- You have not previously had a crikey account closed or suspended for a breach of these Terms.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may hold a maximum of one (1) registered crikey account at any given time. The existence of duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under a different name, email address, phone number, payment method, device, or IP address — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, crikey will close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bonuses, and may withhold any balances pending a fraud investigation. Where funds have been deposited in good faith by the player, crikey will return net deposits after deducting any bonus funds received and any winnings derived from bonus play.
2.3 KYC Identity Verification
crikey operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations. All players are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is approved. Verification documents accepted include:
- Proof of Identity: Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or government-issued driving licence.
- Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months, clearly displaying your full name and residential address.
- Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits, showing the registered mobile number matches the number on your crikey account.
crikey reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation from any player at any time, including documentation of the source of funds used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the delay or refusal of withdrawal requests.
2.4 Account Information Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held on your crikey account is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You must promptly update your account information if any details change — in particular your registered mobile number, as this is used for two-factor authentication and payment processing. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
Important: crikey will never contact you unsolicited to request your full password, PIN, or full payment card details. If you receive any communication purporting to be from crikey that requests this information, please report it immediately to [email protected].
Section 03 Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the crikey Platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (৳). crikey does not apply any currency conversion fees on Taka-denominated transactions. All deposits are credited to your crikey account balance in Taka at the exact amount received, subject to any applicable minimum deposit threshold.
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
crikey currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:
- bKash — instant mobile wallet transfers
- Nagad — instant mobile wallet transfers
- Rocket — instant mobile wallet transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank)
- Upay — instant mobile wallet transfers
- SureCash — mobile financial service transfers
- Visa and Mastercard — international card payments where supported by your card issuer
crikey reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice. The current list of accepted payment methods is always displayed on the crikey cashier page within your account.
3.2 Deposit Limits and Processing
The minimum single deposit on crikey is ৳200. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, although your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may impose its own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your crikey balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the rare event of a technical delay, please allow up to 30 minutes before contacting support.
3.3 Withdrawal Conditions and Processing Times
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit to your crikey account — a practice known as payment method matching, used to prevent money laundering. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request will be approved:
- Your account must have completed KYC verification (identity, address, and payment method documents submitted and approved).
- The total amount deposited since your last withdrawal must have been wagered at least once in real-money gameplay (the standard withdrawal wagering rollover requirement).
- Any active bonus funds attached to your account must have met their individual wagering requirements, or the bonus must have been forfeited prior to withdrawal.
- Your account must be in good standing — not suspended, under investigation, or subject to any restriction.
Approved withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Withdrawals to Rocket, Upay, and SureCash wallets may take up to 60 minutes. Card withdrawals, where available, may take 1–5 business days depending on your card issuer's processing times.
Security notice: crikey does not store your full card number, bKash PIN, or Nagad PIN on its servers at any point. All payment processing is handled through PCI-DSS compliant gateway partners. If you are ever asked to share your mobile wallet PIN with a crikey representative, please refuse and report the communication to [email protected] immediately — crikey staff will never ask for your PIN.
Section 04 Bonus and Promotions Policy
crikey offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the individual promotion page, which must be read alongside the general bonus policy set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between the promotion-specific terms and this general policy, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New crikey players may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit, subject to the specific terms of the welcome offer active at the time of registration. Welcome bonus eligibility requires that the player has not previously held a crikey account and that the qualifying deposit meets the minimum deposit threshold stated in the promotion details. The welcome bonus is available to one account per household, device, and IP address.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
All crikey bonuses — including deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and cashback offers — are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the total value of real-money bets that must be placed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering multiplier (e.g., 30x, 35x) applicable to each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page before you opt in. crikey strongly recommends that players read and understand the wagering requirement of any bonus before accepting it.
4.3 Game Contribution Rates
Not all game categories contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Standard contribution rates are as follows, unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
- Slots: 100% contribution
- Crash and Instant Games: 100% contribution
- Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10% contribution
- Table Games (Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Texas Hold'em Poker): 10% contribution
- Sports Betting: 20% contribution (single bets at odds of 1.50 or greater)
4.4 Bonus Expiry
All bonuses and associated free spins expire if not used within the time period stated on the promotion page — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of award. Wagering requirements must be completed within the same period. Upon expiry, any unmet wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings accumulated using bonus funds, without compensation.
4.5 Bonus Abuse and Exploitation
crikey employs automated detection systems to identify and prevent bonus abuse. Behaviours that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: placing low-risk bets specifically structured to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., betting on all outcomes in a roulette spin); coordinating bonus use across multiple accounts; using software or tools to automate gameplay during a bonus period; and repeatedly withdrawing bonus winnings without genuine recreational play. crikey reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings in any case where bonus abuse is detected, and to close the accounts of repeat offenders.
Seasonal promotions: crikey runs special promotional offers timed to the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) cricket season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. Registered players are notified of these promotions via the email address on their account. All seasonal promotions are governed by these general bonus terms unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Section 05 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using the crikey Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with all applicable laws and these Terms at all times. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to every registered crikey player without exception.
5.1 General Obligations
- You must provide accurate and truthful information at all times — during registration, KYC verification, support interactions, and any other communication with crikey.
- You must keep your account login credentials (username and password) confidential and not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
- You must notify crikey immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- You must use the crikey Platform for personal, recreational entertainment purposes only — not for any commercial purpose, data harvesting, research, or professional gambling operation.
- You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction relating to online gambling and the use of this Platform.
5.2 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the crikey Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, with funds held pending investigation:
- Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account using your personal details.
- Using any software, bot, algorithm, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
- Exploiting any software bug, error, or glitch in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or coordinated wagering with other players to manipulate sporting event outcomes.
- Using funds sourced from unlawful activity to make deposits on the Platform.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise analyse the Platform's source code, security mechanisms, or RNG systems.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing crikey staff or other players through any communication channel, including live chat and email.
- Publishing, reproducing, or distributing any content from the crikey Platform without crikey's express written consent.
Consequences of prohibited conduct: crikey reserves the right to immediately suspend and permanently close any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct. In such cases, crikey may withhold the entire account balance pending investigation, and may report suspected criminal activity — including money laundering and fraud — to the relevant authorities without prior notification to the player.
Section 06 Age Restriction and Verification
crikey operates a strict minimum age policy. No person under the age of 18 years may register, deposit, play, or receive any winnings on the crikey Platform under any circumstances. This policy is enforced through multiple layers of technical and procedural controls.
6.1 Age Verification Process
Upon registration, all players are required to confirm that they are aged 18 or above by accepting these Terms. This confirmation is a condition of account creation. Before any withdrawal is processed, all accounts undergo mandatory KYC identity verification, which includes confirmation of date of birth against government-issued identification documents (Bangladesh NID or passport). Any account where the KYC process reveals the player to be under 18 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed. Any deposits made to such accounts will be refunded to the original payment method; any winnings accumulated will be forfeited in their entirety.
6.2 Responsibility of Account Holders
If you are a parent or guardian and you have reason to believe that a person under 18 in your household has registered and/or played on crikey using your payment details or their own, please contact crikey support immediately at [email protected]. crikey will investigate and take all appropriate action, including account closure and refund of net deposits. crikey recommends that parents and guardians use internet filtering software to restrict access to online gambling platforms on devices used by minors.
crikey is committed to the protection of minors. If you suspect that a minor has accessed the Platform, report it to [email protected] immediately. All reports are treated with strict confidentiality and investigated as a priority matter by the crikey player protection team.
Section 07 Account Suspension and Closure
Either you or crikey may initiate the closure of your crikey account, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued prior to the date of closure.
7.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your crikey account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before processing a voluntary closure request, crikey will verify your identity and confirm that there are no pending withdrawal requests, active bonus wagering requirements, or open disputes on the account. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of KYC if not already done. Bonus balances and winnings that are subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
7.2 Closure by crikey
crikey reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 5.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request from crikey.
- Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
- Suspected money laundering, fraud, match-fixing, or other unlawful activity.
- Court order, regulator instruction, or other legal obligation requiring account closure.
- Underage gambling confirmed by KYC documentation.
7.3 Self-Exclusion Closure
Players who wish to self-exclude from the crikey Platform as a responsible gaming measure may request permanent self-exclusion by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request". Self-excluded accounts are permanently closed and cannot be reopened. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the registered payment method. Section 08 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, crikey's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your crikey account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.1 Exclusion of Consequential Loss
crikey shall not be liable to you for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of the Platform, even if crikey has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
8.2 Platform Availability
crikey does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, force majeure events, and factors beyond crikey's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features. crikey is not liable for any loss or inconvenience suffered as a result of such unavailability, including the inability to place bets on live sporting events due to a platform outage.
8.3 Third-Party Content
The crikey Platform hosts games and content supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. While crikey takes reasonable steps to ensure that all third-party content hosted on the Platform meets appropriate standards of fairness and security, crikey is not responsible for errors, interruptions, or failures within third-party game software, and all game-related disputes must be raised via the crikey support team for referral to the relevant game provider.
8.4 Player Responsibility for Losses
Gambling involves risk. You acknowledge and accept that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit and wager on crikey. crikey is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gambling on the Platform.
